The team at Landmark Restaurant at Old Rittenhouse Inn looks forward to serving a special 3-course Sunday Brunch on Easter. This year, Chef Matt has come up with another tasty menu for this special occasion:

First course (served with a basket of fresh croissants and scones):
Chicken and pastry soup OR
Sherry baked winter fruit (assorted dry fruits baked with sherry and honey and topped with whipped cream)
Second course:
Crab cakes benedict with lemon-dill hollandaise and roasted fingerlings OR
Blueberry-mascarpone stuffed French toast with bacon OR
Chicken Mornay with faro risotto OR
Pork roulade with spinach, basil, feta & sundried tomatoes with wild rice pilaf OR
Broiled white fish with manchego and saffron jasmine rice
Third course:
Turtle sundae OR
Chocolate-Peanut butter mousse cake OR
Cherry struessel pie with a graham cracker crust OR
Caramel custard
