Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit* equal to the first night's lodging is required to secure a room or package reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations at least 10-days prior to arrival are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Balance of deposit is refunded in the form of a gift card.

Deposits for cancellations less than10-days prior to arrival are non-refundable, unless accommodations are re-rented.

Early check-outs are considered cancellations and will be charged the full room rate, unless accommodations are re-rented
