Deposit Policy:
A
non-refundable* deposit equal to the first night's lodging is
required for all room or package reservations.
Cancellation Policy:
*Cancellation of a room or
package reseration at least 10-days prior to arrival are subject
to a $25 cancellation fee. Balance of deposit is then refunded
in the form of a gift card.
Deposits for cancellations
less than 10- days prior to arrival are non-refundable, unless
accommodations are re-rented.
Please Note:
Early check-outs are considered cancellations and will be charged
the full room rate, unless accommodations are re-rented
