Deposit Policy:
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your SPECIAL EVENT reservation.

SPECIAL EVENT
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations at least 30-days prior to arrival are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Balance of deposit is then refunded as a gift card.

Deposits less than 30-days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless accomdations are re-rented.

Please Note:
Early check-outs are charged the full room rate, unless re-rented.
