A Tradition at Bayfield’s
Landmark
Since the eary days of our restaurant,
we always had a special fondness for
Sunday Brunch. There’s something
sophisticated, yet timeless about the
leisurly noon meal that combines the
best of both breakfast and lunch. Brunch
at Landmark Restaurant is a Three Course
meal: enjoy a choice of fresh fruit
or a salad along with home bakery and
preserves followed by a choice of favorite
entreés and desserts.
The entrées
often include breakfast favorites like
ham and swiss cheese quiche, cranberry
wild rice french toast, eggs a'la créme,
and Rittenhouse eggs benedict; as well
as luncheon favorites like smoked ham
with potatoes au gratin, Lake Superior
trout broiled with mild cajun seasonings,
or Poulet au Fromage: breast of hen
stuffed with artisan cheese trio, spinach
and herbs.
The third course
of this special mid-day meal is complete
with classic Rittenhouse desserts: hot
fudge, rum and turtle sundaes, fresh-baked
pies, creamy cheesecakes, custards,
and more.
