We are thrilled to introduce Chef de Cuisine, David Miller. David’s extensive cooking, baking & management skills are a welcome addition to our “Inn-family.” David comes to us from Madison’s prestigious L’Etoile Restaurant and L’Etoile Cafe, where he honed his skills in creating delicious regional cuisine.

“I’m excited to be part of the Rittenhouse Inn,” says Miller. “I enjoy creating the best tasting, most interesting dishes using fresh local ingredients whenever possible.”

David has quickly acquainted himself with the local orchards and farmers. “I enjoy cultivating relationships with the people who grow and gather,” he states.

David’s extensive knowledge of food and beverage is a perfect fit with the Inn’s many Special Event Weekends. He’s especially excited to create menus for the Wine and Beer Tasting Weekends.

“I have always enjoyed pairing courses with fine wines, and the Beer Weekends will be a real treat. I guess that as a baker, I just naturally love all things yeasted.” he quips.
