Our emphasis on locally raised ingredients means you’ll enjoy fresh fruit, berries, produce, and Lake Superior fish featured along with steaks, poultry, and signature dishes like Roast Pork Loin with Apple Cider Glaze. Sample the Lake Superior Chowder, or the Soup du Jour. Try a crisp Garden Salad, a Spinach Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing, or a Smoked Trout Salad. Then enjoy one of our signature entrées like Poulet aux Champagne, or Steak Bercy, with its garlic red wine-veal reduction and giant mushroom caps. Fresh local Trout or Whitefish is featured most evenings. Vegetarian entrées are available, and we accommodate special dietary needs with advance notice.
5-Course Dining with Lighter Options
Our signature 5-Course Dinner includes a choice of soups and salads, a sorbet course, choice of entrées and desserts, for $59/person. The nightly menu is presented verbally at your table by the maître d’ (a printed menu is available by request). For lighter appetites, a 2-Course meal and a’la carte options are available.
